This Bacon Lettuce Wrap is a low-carb twist on your favorite sandwich.
It’s easy, delicious and filling making it a great lunch or dinner idea.
Ingredients
- 8Â large lettuce leaves
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 large tomato, sliced thin
- Ranch dressing for drizzling
Instructions
- Make a base for the wraps with two lettuce leaves.Â
- Top each lettuce base with chopped bacon and tomato slices. Drizzle with ranch dressing if eating immediately; otherwise, pack the dressing in small lidded containers.
- Fold lettuce leaves over and the sides in and pack inside a lunch container.
